We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Workplace Experience Manager to lead workplace operations and play a key role in crafting the daily employee experience at our Mountain View Headquarters. If you're an experienced multitasker who loves making a workplace feel like home, come join us and help shape the daily experience of our team — from the first desk setup to the next company celebration. This position will be required to be in office five days a week in our Mountain View, CA headquarters.
What You’ll Do
Office Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day office (non-manufacturing) operations of our Mountain View Headquarters, managing workplace services for the front of house, food & beverage operations, and employee events.
- Maintain floor plans and seating charts; plan physical moves and office décor updates in alignment with culture initiatives & space planning strategy.
- Manage operating budget for administrative (non-manufacturing) services, employee perks, and events at & for the Mountain View office.
- Use project management & vendor management best practices to deliver high-quality services, programs, and experiences within budget via internal staff, building management, and/or third-party partners.
- Own on-site activities such as flu clinics, wellness sessions, and community drives.
- Anticipate workplace experience needs based on ever-changing business priorities ensuring solutions are scalable, repeatable, well-documented, and well-communicated to the workforce.
Serve as a key member of the Emergency Response Team and ensure compliance with EHS protocols
Employee Experience & Culture
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams, to align workplace strategies with broader company goals.
- Develop a strong rapport with employees across the workplace and gather insights to inform on-site employee experiences.
- Plan and activate on-site events that foster engagement, inclusion, and community—ranging from new hire welcomes to quarterly and annual events.
- Lead on-site experience initiatives (e.g. food, space planning, wellness), ensuring they align with corporate workplace philosophies and are implemented effectively.
- Craft communications and documentation to support transparency around workplace programs and policies.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in office coordination or management, workplace operations, or employee event planning
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Customer service orientation, intrinsically motivated to serve the employees and the mission of NeuroPace.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and as part of a team.
$130K-$140K Base - Compensation will be determined based on several factors including but not limited to skill set, years of experience and geographic location.
