Ready to be a Titan?

We are looking for a vibrant, proactive, and hospitality-minded individual to join our ServiceTitan community! As the Workplace Experience Associate, you will be at the heart of our Glendale, CA headquarters — keeping our workplace running smoothly while serving as the primary concierge for events hosted in our Penthouse Suite and other on- and off-site venues.

We take our culture very seriously at ServiceTitan, and are proud of making it an integral part of the overall experience. The ideal candidate brings a warm, outgoing personality alongside sharp organizational instincts and the confidence to drive processes forward. If you naturally spot opportunities for improvement and take initiative to act on them, you'll thrive here.

Please note this role is fully onsite at our Glendale office 5 days a week. We are not able to offer relocation for this role.

As Workplace Experience Associate, you will report to the Manager of Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS).

What you'll do:

Office Operations

Welcome visitors and first-time office goers, manage daily mail and deliveries, and keep the office stocked, organized, and running smoothly. You'll own inventory management end-to-end, oversee vendor relationships, and support culture-building events and employee nourishment programs. You'll also serve as a backup to our dedicated Facilities Specialist — stepping in when they're unavailable or need extra support on repairs and maintenance.

Workplace Concierge

Act as the go-to guide for anyone hosting an event in our Penthouse Suite or, when needed, in the building's tenant lounge or a nearby partner hotel. You'll shepherd both internal and external organizers through every step of the process — from gathering guest lists, COIs, NDAs, and vendor access forms, to coordinating logistics with building staff and communicating any applicable fees. You'll need to be organized and firm enough to hold people to deadlines, while remaining approachable and delivering a great experience for every organizer you work with.

What you'll bring:
  • 3–5 years of experience in office coordination, workplace services, events, or hospitality

  • Strong project management skills — you can juggle multiple events and operational workstreams without dropping the ball

  • A natural hospitality instinct — you make people feel taken care of, even when you're enforcing a deadline

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to manage up, across, and externally

  • A process improvement mindset — you don't just execute, you look for ways to do things better

  • Comfort with vendor negotiation and building external relationships

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)

  • Familiarity with productivity and database tools such as Airtable is a plus

  • Experience/willingness to leverage AI tools to improve day-to-day workflows and processes

  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or Hospitality is a plus.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
