About the role and about You:
We are looking for a Workplace Coordinator with a "Can-Do" attitude to help with administrative tasks and day-to-day Workplace/Facilities. Your role will be to support the Workplace team and to maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. You should have outstanding multi-tasking skills along with the ability to be an excellent communicator. You should be proactive, think quickly on your feet, and be able to help tackle large, complicated tasks with enthusiasm and apply clever problem-solving skills.
What you’ll do:
- Help set up for event planning (e.g. Onsites, Annual Zwift Week), lunch and learns, catering, holiday events and any other event that might come up
- Welcome guests and act as a central point of contact for our team and all guests
- Keep track of inventory for kitchen and office supplies
- Maintain supplies and equipment for our team from various vendors
- Support Workplace team with administrative projects such as data management and graphic designs for events
- Organize and maintain offices, kitchen, conference room, and office amenities
- Demonstrate cooperation, flexibility, and reliability in all daily work activities
- Oversee Workplace’s ticketing system to ensure that the logged tickets are being addressed timely and accurately
- Handle shipping and receiving of packages and mail arriving and departing from the Long Beach Office and working with postal services such as USPS, UPS, etc.
- Help to maintain check-ins for employees and guests
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
What we’re looking for:
- Outstanding communication (verbal, email and otherwise), listening and writing skills, with specific attention to details and follow-up
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a variety of personalities
- Able to work independently and be a self-starter
- Technical Skills: Strong computer skills with high proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and spreadsheet
- Required Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support or customer service role in a high-tech, fast paced environment
- Preferred Experience: Customer Service, Office admin work
- Must be comfortable lifting and moving heavy objects occasionally
- Occasional weekends/evenings required for events
Bonus points:
- Experience in video gaming or health & fitness industries
- Passion for cycling, running and/or fitness
- Experienced Zwifter

The pay range for this position ranges between $19.95 to $24.04 per hour. The base pay range will be based on a number of factors including the role offered, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
