GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is on the lookout for a dynamic Website Expert who is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company’s website to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and user experience. This role involves managing website content, troubleshooting technical issues, improving site speed, and ensuring mobile and SEO optimization.

The Website Expert works closely with the marketing and design teams to align website design with brand guidelines and business objectives. They must stay updated with the latest web technologies, security practices, and design trends to keep the website modern, responsive, and effective in driving traffic and conversions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Website Expert, Web Developer, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
  • Experience with website builders and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Wix
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
  • Understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Experience in website performance optimization and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or Canva)
  • Ability to manage hosting, domain settings, and website backups
  • Knowledge of web security practices and data protection standards
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with marketing and content teams
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
