Roles & Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate product information to healthcare professionals, presenting the scientific evidence and clinical data supporting the products
- Highlight the value proposition of the products to healthcare providers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Manage a designated geographical territory to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key prescribers in the medical community and establish relationships to enhance product visibility and credibility.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather market intelligence for strategic planning.
- Execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve and surpass sales targets and market share objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective promotional plans, including product launches, workshops, and seminars.
- Ensure all interactions and activities adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with healthcare professionals, including feedback, inquiries, and outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Embrace omnichannel strategies to engage customers across various platforms seamlessly.
- Proficiently utilize Pfizer software, sales analytics platforms, and other digital tools.
- Leverage technology to enhance efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and overall sales performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or relative scientific background
- 2+ years of experience as a Medical Representative
- Good business knowledge and customer acumen
- Effective selling and presentation skills through virtual & face to face interactions
- Digital learning agility
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team/as a team player
- Sound understanding of compliance and integrity principles
- Good command of the English language, speaking, writing, listening and pronunciation
- Proven record of sales achievement
- Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas, promoted products and competitors
- Basic Computer literacy e.g., Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint/Word /Outlook
