Web Production Designer

We're Looking For A: Web Production Designer to collaborate with various design teammates and Project Managers across the company. This role will serve as a crucial link between visual designers, the in-house development team, and Digital Acquisition Marketers. The responsibilities of the role encompass the production of landing pages, websites, emails, and Web marketing campaigns.
The Web Production Designer will also be responsible for a portion of front-end production in Wordpress and Elementor (or other CMS plugins) in collaboration with back-end ecommerce
developers. This role is expected to play a role in enhancing ~ 20 high-performing direct-to-consumer ecommerce websites and contributing to various visual and interaction design aspects across desktop,
tablet, and mobile platforms. Additionally, this role will play a role in devising and implementing A/B split tests, usability tests, and general UX research, utilizing tools such as Convert.com and Userlytics.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate closely with designers, digital acquisition marketing specialists, brand managers,and engineers to define interface and user requirements.
• Produce and design Web landing pages, emails, banners, and online marketing campaigns.
• Translate UI features and experiences from visual designers and contribute to the implementation process from initial concept through testing and launch.
• Partner with visual designers to explore new approaches to interface and UX challenges, and transform these designs into final Figma prototypes.
• Conduct A/B testing of various design ideas using split-test tools like Interaction Studio or Convert.com.
• Work in conjunction with the Creative/UX Director and/or a UX researcher to execute usability tests, process observations, and implement recommendations.
• Develop pages and functionality within the Wordpress/Elementor environment.
• Coordinate efforts with backend developers and media buyers (both in-house and off-site) to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce functionality.

• 3 years of Wordpress production, web graphics production and graphic desigr experience
• 2 years of experience designing interfaces for mobile and desktop.
• Ability to design and prototype Ul for mobile-first Web applications.
• 2 years of experiencing building and maintaining Wordpress websites with various plugins.
• Experience building web pages in Elementor.
• Basic HTML and CSS skills
• Experience designing high-fidelity graphic assets in Photoshop and Figma
• Knowledge of Web graphics compression and page optimization
• Experience creating and managing Website design systems and components in Figma
• Basic understanding of JavaScript
• Knowledge of DIVI framework
• Experience with A/B Test, lead capture and landing pages
• Some working experience with Tailwind CSS framework
• Familiarity with split testing software such as convert.com, optimizely, VWO

The base salary range for this position is $64,500-$86,000, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
