- Advance software engineering capabilities through scalable CI/CD frameworks, development platforms, automation, and engineering enablement tools appropriate for regulated medical technology environments.
- Lead the responsible adoption and governance of AI-assisted software development practices to accelerate innovation, enhance productivity, improve quality, and reduce delivery risk.
- Establish a metrics-driven engineering culture by leveraging meaningful operational and quality indicators to increase transparency, predictability, accountability, and data-informed decision making.
Team Development & Leadership
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing organization of software engineering directors, managers, and senior technical leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and execution excellence.
- Serve as a thought leader, trusted advisor and mentor to engineering leaders, cultivating leadership capability, organizational resilience, and a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence across the company.
