The Senior Financial Analyst will support operations FP&A through budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, ROI modeling, expense management, and monthly close activities. This hybrid position requires 2–3 days onsite in Orange County.

Duties include acquiring new healthcare accounts, managing the full sales cycle, developing territory growth plans, engaging cardiologists and health system stakeholders, managing pipelines in Salesforce, optimizing account performance, analyzing market trends, and meeting sales targets. Requires extensive territory travel and experience in medical device or healthcare technology sales.

Drive needs-finding, feasibility, business cases, partnerships, and transition of validated concepts into funded product development while aligning cross-functional stakeholders and managing portfolio timelines, budgets, and evidence strategies.

Lead scientific aspects of clinical research projects including study design, analysis, protocol development, evidence dissemination, and cross-functional collaboration to support device market clearance and post-market evidence. Drive analyses of prospective and real-world data, author regulatory and scientific documents, support HEOR and regulatory teams, and oversee project execution and quality standards.

Administer and maintain IRIS for Health integration platforms on AWS EC2 and Linux, manage network security and PaloAlto VPNs, build CI/CD with CodeFresh/GitLab, integrate and troubleshoot EHR interfaces (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts), automate provisioning with scripting (Python, ObjectScript, Bash, JavaScript), implement infrastructure automation, monitor systems, participate in on-call support, and optimize performance and reliability.
