As a Product Manager in Personalization & Insights (Chase) Strategic Priority Program, you will serve as a key leader responsible for defining strategy, driving execution, and scaling operating models that accelerate omni-channel personalization across Chase. You will partner with senior leaders across product, technology, data, analytics, marketing, and business teams to establish strategic priorities, define measurable outcomes, and translate vision into execution. Leveraging strong program leadership and influence skills, you will help shape AI-powered customer experiences while building the governance, operating rhythms, and performance frameworks required to deliver results at scale.

Job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for the Omni Channel Personalization Strategic Priority Program, including the evolution toward AI-native personalization and agentic capabilities.
  • Define program vision, customer outcomes, success measures, and strategic recommendations through structured analysis and executive-level insights.
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from strategy development through implementation, ensuring alignment across business, product, technology, data, analytics, and marketing teams.
  • Design, implement, and manage program operating frameworks, including governance models, planning cadences, executive reviews, KPI/OKR tracking, and integrated status reporting.
  • Establish measurement frameworks to evaluate business and customer outcomes and communicate performance through concise, executive-ready narratives.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations through collaboration and influence without direct authority.
  • Prepare and deliver executive communications, recommendations, and decision materials for senior leadership forums.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate value creation, optimize prioritization, and support strategic decision-making across initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional strategic initiatives from ambiguous problem statements through successful execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple business and functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience designing and managing executive operating rhythms, including planning processes, business reviews, governance forums, and KPI/OKR frameworks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-level presentations and facilitating senior leadership discussions.
  • Ability to operate effectively across both strategic planning and operational execution environments.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience with personalization, customer journey optimization, omnichannel engagement, marketing decisioning, or digital product ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, experimentation frameworks, personalization platforms, next-best-action decisioning, orchestration, or agentic AI approaches.
  • Experience within financial services, fintech, technology, SaaS, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation programs or strategic initiatives with broad organizational impact.
