Job Description
Chase is seeking a Go-To-Market Product Manager to support a new payment product with a target MVP launch in early 2026. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our proprietary digital wallet product within the financial services sector. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches, market penetration, and customer adoption. The GTM Product Manager will work closely with product management, marketing, research and design, and data and analytics teams to align efforts and achieve business objectives.
Job responsibilities
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that align with business goals and product objectives for the digital wallet. Identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive positioning within the financial services industry.
  • Plan and execute product launches for the digital wallet, including coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful market entry.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape specific to digital wallets and financial services. Use this information to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Work with marketing teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and demand generation for the digital wallet.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of go-to-market initiatives, using data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product managers, sales leaders, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in a go-to-market or product marketing role, preferably in the financial services industry or with digital wallet products.
  • Thorough understanding of digital and mobile payments including online payments including wallets, BNPL, merchant acquiring & processing highly desired
  • Strong understanding of market research, product positioning, and competitive analysis within the digital wallets landscape and financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically and to connect the dots to the bigger picture, while still comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to anticipate potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
