As a Product Manager in Business Banking Wires, you will play a critical role in our team. As a core leader, you are responsible for developing roadmaps and driving commercialization efforts for cash management products that help small businesses efficiently optimize their cash flows. In this role, you will focus on the Wires product and lead strategic initiatives, such as refining the cash management pricing strategy to grow our market share. You will join the team at a pivotal time as we reimagine our cash management products, enhancing how our Cash Management sales team markets and positions our offerings, and improving client experiences and journeys.

Job responsibilities
- P&L Ownership: Serves as the P&L owner, responsible for overall business management, financial & operational results delivery
- Control Environment: Ensures a strong control environment with proper processes in place to identify and address issues. Partners closely with agile product teams to ensure proper testing and validation, and correct issues that are discovered
- Product Leadership: Leads product initiatives and manages associated risks and controls to ensure cross-team alignment, while maintaining adherence to legal, compliance, and regulatory guidance
- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develops processes to analyze and measure product usage and trends, advises on product gaps and enhancements, and develops long-term product strategy and manage product roadmaps
- Commercialization Efforts: Leads commercialization efforts to ensure products and capabilities are ready to be offered to Business Banking clients in close partnership with Field Sales Strategy, Marketing, and other key areas
- Technical Acumen: Works closely with technical teams to understand how systems work together to deliver a full end-to-end solution, leading to a fantastic user experience
- Strategic Initiatives: Contributes to broader strategic initiatives that will help with efforts that contribute to the future of the Wires product
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5 minimum years of experience in product management, preferably working with Treasury Services products
- Strong financial and business acumen with a strong bias towards practical execution
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong relationships with business partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving
