The Role

We’re looking for a performance-driven User Acquisition Manager to scale mobile user growth for the Mode Earn App as well as other apps. The User Acquisition Manager will report to the Director of Growth & UA. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, data, and creative strategy, with direct ownership of paid UA campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, and rewarded ad networks.

You will be responsible for campaign execution, performance optimization, and analysis, collaborating cross-functionally to maximize growth.

Who You Are and What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across core paid channels: Meta, Google, TikTok (SRNs/SANs), Programmatic DSPs, Rewarded Ad Networks, and more
  • Responsible for the daily performance tracking, pacing, and spend efficiency against KPIs (e.g., CPI, CPA, ROAS) of your campaigns
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test ad concepts, messaging, and formats
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance to other members of the growth team, aiming to uncover actionable insights & optimizations
  • Identify and test new growth channels, networks, and strategies
  • This is an individual contributor role managing the UA efforts for the Mode Earn App and other apps, with frequent opportunities for cross-functional collaboration, partnering with product, data analytics, and design to improve funnel performance.

What You Bring to the Team

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience buying mobile app or gaming ads with seven-figure monthly budgets while achieving target KPIs
  • Proven ability to scale UA efficiently in a mobile-first or mobile gaming environment
  • Strong analytical skills fluent in Excel/Sheets and familiar with tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Singular (BI Tools & Attribution Frameworks)
  • Experience with MMPs and performance marketing attribution
  • Self-starter who thrives on autonomy, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Data-informed mindset and curiosity to test, learn, and iterate quickly
  • Bonus: Experience with ASO, web-to-app flows, rewarded traffic, or viral growth strategies

This role requires a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry to create targeted and effective advertising content that captures the attention of gamers and enhances brand engagement.
