WHAT WINNING LOOKS LIKE

- You run strong traffic management and personally work every lead, every phone up, and every floor opportunity, every day.

- You demand and create 15+ appointments daily.

- You keep a firm hold on ACV, recon, and sales velocity.

- You lead with positive, professional pressure by developing, teaching, and pushing your team to win.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead all aspects of the pre-owned department and build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and results

- Manage inventory, pricing, appraisals, and acquisition through trades, direct purchases, and auctions

- Analyze local market trends and build stocking strategies that maximize turn and profit

- Drive showroom and online traffic while growing trade-ins and acquisitions

- Partner with Sales, Service, and Parts to speed up recon and inventory readiness

- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to hit individual and department goals

- Track KPIs and continually find ways to improve sales, gross, inventory performance, and CSI

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve escalations professionally

 

WHAT YOU BRING

- Previous experience as a Used Car Manager

- Strong appraisal, inventory, negotiation, and merchandising skills

- A track record of driving volume, growing gross, and building winning teams

- High energy, a competitive drive, and the ambition to move up

- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills

- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

 

COMPENSATION Expected total annual compensation $145,000 - $300,000.
