We're seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic Marketing Agency. This position is a remote, full-time opportunity with a standard workweek of 45 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining user prototypes, proto personas, or buyer personas to clarify the company's target market. These profiles should be specific and address both demographic and sociological aspects.
- Determining the interaction model and validating its effectiveness.
- Conducting user research and tests to identify behavioral patterns and key user values.
- Designing prototypes or wireframes for products or websites to represent their structure.
- Gaining a deep understanding of the product or website to better comprehend user reactions.
- Integrating UX with UI, considering typography, colors, ergonomics, etc. The product should be visually appealing while fulfilling user needs.
- Collaborating closely with the product development team.
- Pursuing continuous optimization through usability tests and observing KPI behaviors.
- Monitoring market trends and analyzing competitors' strategies and results.
- Performing other tasks based on the client's needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
- English proficiency at the C1 level
