Qualifications:

  • Ten plus (10+) years of experience practicing trusts and estates law.
  • Proven proficiency in developing comprehensive estate plans for individuals across various income levels, with a focus on both middle-income and high-net-worth clients.
  • Provide expert guidance on tax-efficient strategies, including the establishment of irrevocable trusts, ILITs, SLATs and GRATs.
  • Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, including leading face-to-face client meetings.
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of California
  • Must be able to travel to the LA office several times a week.
