JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way.

Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

About the Role

Our Lead, Tech Enablement serves as a strategic partner for JLL's Leasing Technologies across the United States, driving product and AI adoption, technology change management, and digital fluency across multiple regional offices. You will work with Product Support, Go-To-Market, and Product teams to accelerate tool adoption, optimize regional business workflows, and build cross-market systems that scale best practices. As an embedded enablement partner, you will act as the voice of the broker to influence business leaders, solve complex adoption challenges, and guide teams from initial onboarding to full value realization, ensuring our solutions become indispensable to their success and drive measurable business outcomes for JLL.

What You’ll Do

AI Fluency & Enablement

  • Serve as the in-market expert on AI across the broker deal cycle, from prospecting to close, including JLL's AI tools and integrations.
  • Partner with brokers to build and refine their own AI workflows, creating confident citizen builders.
  • Capture the AI use cases brokers find valuable, share them across markets, and report the business impact to technology, business, and leadership partners.

Data Analytics & Performance Measurement

  • Define adoption metrics, benchmarks, and growth targets, then build dashboards to track performance and measure impact.
  • Create regional adoption health scores by combining usage data and qualitative feedback to identify at-risk offices and drive targeted improvement plans.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build relationships with brokerage leaders to influence adoption priorities and optimize workflows using data-driven insights.
  • Run quarterly business reviews with regional leadership to co-develop success plans, celebrate wins, and set forward-looking goals.
  • Synthesize usage data and translate adoption metrics into business impact stories for Product and senior leadership.
  • Partner with GTM to drive campaign adoption and adapt product marketing for regional markets.

Enablement Programming & Delivery

  • Identify high-impact use cases from brokers and clients that drive value and differentiate JLL, then document and scale those practices across markets.
  • Build a central library of reusable assets: playbooks, toolkits, and proven innovations sourced from regional teams.
  • Deliver training and support through workshops, on-site activations, and AI-driven personalized learning tools.
  • Coordinate with Tech Enablement, Product Support, and GTM to ensure consistency in methods and measurement.

Community & Champion Development

  • Build communities of practice and mentor power users to create sustainable local enablement capacity.
  • Deploy engagement programs across markets, adapting content to fit regional workflows.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years combined experience in commercial real estate (Tenant Rep and/or Agency Leasing) and technology adoption, with deep knowledge of transaction processes and proven multi-site enablement success; undergraduate degree required.
  • Expertise in AI, including agentic workflows and automation, and how it applies to the brokerage deal cycle, with a track record of helping others adopt and build with it.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs independently, and build strategic relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Expertise across a modern tech stack including Microsoft Suite, CRM, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), collaboration platforms, and AI tools.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organization skills, all driven by a core commitment to delivering excellence in customer success.
  • Demonstrated track record of moving customers from basic adoption to 'power usage' by focusing on workflow integration and business value, not just feature training.
  • Hybrid role in major market location (3x/week in-office); Travel required to JLL offices across assigned US markets.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
