Manage and execute building decarbonization initiatives, energy audits (ASHRAE Levels 1-3), benchmarking, retro-commissioning, and compliance with building performance standards. Develop and deliver site- and campus-level occupancy planning solutions including blocking, stacking, adjacencies, migration sequencing, and optimization. Maintain CAFM/IWMS space data, track actual versus projected demand, and serve as site point of contact for space requests. Prepare floor/stack plans and communication materials, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage multiple planning projects to meet workplace standards and client objectives.

Lead delivery of corporate interior projects ($5M–$50M+) from programming through closeout. Develop estimates, master schedules, budgets, RFPs, and manage procurement, permitting, vendors, stakeholders, and risk across multiple simultaneous projects to ensure on-time, on-budget, quality outcomes.
