Serves as a trusted client advisor, oversees project delivery and reporting, presents technical solutions, and manages a team of engineering subject matter experts. Develops resource plans, succession strategies, and professional growth programs while supporting facilities, sustainability, business continuity, and lifecycle asset initiatives.

Leads regional transaction management delivery for enterprise corporate real estate accounts. Oversees client governance, service quality, revenue growth, profitability, forecasting, compliance, staffing, and team development. Builds strategic client relationships, expands services, supports sales pursuits, coordinates with brokers, and partners with technology teams to optimize workflows and delivery across a complex matrixed organization.

Manage real estate or construction-related projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Responsibilities include stakeholder communication, team leadership, project planning, risk mitigation, cost forecasting, quality control, and continuous process improvement.

Supports Capital Markets debt and equity advisory teams with business development, sales, marketing, and client management activities. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, contracts, offering memorandums, and property marketing materials; coordinating calendars, correspondence, travel, meetings, and events; managing CRM outreach; researching prospects; and supporting high-value client events. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, project management, and deadline-management skills.

Manages financial coordination, contracts, work orders, invoices, purchase orders, audits, reconciliations, reporting, documentation, and operational processes for digital building programs. Coordinates project teams, vendors, site access, badging, meetings, and program systems while maintaining governance, compliance, and accurate records. Identifies process improvements and supports project delivery teams with timely operational and financial assistance.

Leads and grows JLL’s portfolio strategy and analytics practice, including recruiting and developing teams, establishing methodologies, overseeing portfolio analyses and benchmarking, and advising clients on complex real estate decisions. The role presents to executives, leads workshops and business pursuits, develops thought leadership, and partners with internal technology and transaction teams to deliver scalable portfolio advisory solutions.

Oversee financial close, GAAP reporting, lease accounting, controls, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and spend compliance for a real estate portfolio. Lead finance staff, review financial analysis, manage purchase orders and client requirements, support quarterly business reviews, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements. Partner with property teams and senior leadership while ensuring accurate reporting and client policy compliance.

Support capital markets transactions for commercial real estate including underwriting, complex financial modeling (Excel and Argus Enterprise), market research, due diligence, preparing offering memorandums, marketing, and assisting Producers with deal strategy, negotiation, and closings. Build client relationships and participate in market meetings and events.
