Riveron is looking for a Solution Consultant focused on NetSuite to join our Technology Enablement practice. The Senior Solution Consultant will work side-by-side our Strategy team members in executing client projects ranging from software selection, NetSuite implementations or optimizations, integrations, and technical support. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven implementation background and the willingness to assist in NetSuite practice development.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)

  • 3-5 years of NetSuite implementation or optimization experience

  • Previous experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement an ERP, CRM, & PSA solution

  • Previous experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement an ERP, CRM, & PSA solution

  • Consulting experience in other business applications including QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc. is a plus

  • Software as a Service (SaaS) or Cloud experience is a plus

  • Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant a plus

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Products

  • Ability to develop, grow and sustain client relationships

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work in ever-changing, dynamic environments

  • Ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams

  • Desire to get involved in the Riveron culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, intramurals and other social/networking activities

  • You are willing and able to travel as needed to meet client and business needs, as travel is an expected part of this role.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with strategy team members to develop effective NetSuite solutions

  • Effectively configure and customize client NetSuite environments to develop proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders

  • Work directly with Solution Manager and Strategy team members to develop business requirements and translate requirements into specific NetSuite functionality

  • Participate in workshops to define implementation strategy

  • Apply best practices while building custom scripted solutions for specific client requirements

  • Conduct internal testing to validate custom designed solutions and effectively performs user acceptance testing on client NetSuite environments

  • Attend pre-sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project level-of-effort with sales team members

  • Provide general customer service and assistance to clients and serves as the ‘go-to’ resource on all project related inquiries

  • Train end-users on specific processes and application
