About the Role:

This is a Technical Program Manager – AI position at CrowdStrike, focused on driving the strategy, execution, and governance of Agentic AI-powered programs across the Global Professional Services business. This role sits at the intersection of technology, Go-To-Market (GTM), AI Governance, Service Operations, and Productivity Efficiency — ensuring that AI initiatives are delivered with technical rigor, business alignment, a security-first mindset, and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Strategic Programs, you will serve as a strategic program driver and cross-functional connector — working closely with Professional Services Delivery and Operations teams, Engineering, Product, IT, Finance, Compliance, and GTM cross-functional teams to bring AI capabilities from concept to scaled adoption that are purposeful, secure, scalable, performance-based, and support the key business objectives of the organization. You will bring both technical depth and program management expertise to navigate complex, ambiguous environments and deliver measurable outcomes. Scalability, accuracy, cost, interoperability, and reliability will be key success criteria.

What You'll Do:

Program Leadership & Delivery

  • Own end-to-end program management of complex, cross-functional AI initiatives — ensuring requirements are technically sound and well-defined, timelines are tracked and maintained, and deliverables meet business objectives while also maintaining the highest standards of security, quality, and interoperability

  • Early stage expectations are that this will be as much a hands-on development, testing and maintenance role as it will be shaping, aligning and building the program.

  • Develop and manage detailed program plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements across multiple concurrent AI programs

  • Lead cross-functional working sessions, program reviews, and executive briefings with clarity, confidence, and technical credibility

  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage program risks, issues, and blockers — driving resolution with urgency and transparency

Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement

  • Partner with Services Consulting, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to lead the execution of AI-driven initiatives that accelerate revenue growth, improve customer engagement, and bring new AI capabilities to market efficiently, at scale

  • Ensure GTM readiness for AI product and feature launches — coordinating across enablement, communications, and field teams to drive successful market entry

AI Governance

  • Design, implement, and continuously mature governance frameworks for AI programs — ensuring responsible AI use, regulatory and compliance alignment, risk accountability, and stakeholder transparency

  • Establish and enforce program standards, policies, and review processes that support ethical, secure, and effective AI deployment across the organization

  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to ensure AI initiatives meet internal and external governance requirements

Productivity & Efficiency

  • Identify, prioritize, and lead AI-powered productivity initiatives that reduce operational friction, automate manual workflows, and drive measurable efficiency gains across business functions

  • Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms that enhance team productivity and streamline program delivery processes

  • Track and report on efficiency metrics and ROI associated with AI productivity programs

Stakeholder Communication & Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with program stakeholders, leadership, and delivery teams across Professional Services, Engineering, IT, Finance, and Compliance

  • Develop and mature communication frameworks that keep stakeholders informed through clear, consistent, and timely updates — tailored appropriately for senior leadership, technical contributors, and business partners

  • Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation, status dashboards, and executive-level reporting that provide accurate and actionable visibility into program health

Change Management & Adoption

  • Lead organizational change management strategies to drive broad adoption of AI tools, capabilities, and processes across the business

  • Develop enablement and communication plans that support smooth transitions and maximize the impact of AI program outcomes

What You'll Need:

  • 10+ years of technical program or project management experience, with a demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology programs in a fast-paced environment

  • 8+ years of experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, leading stakeholder engagement, and managing program delivery end-to-end

  • Strong working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, architectures, and industry trends — with the ability to engage credibly with engineering and data science teams and translate technical capabilities into business value

  • Hands on-working knowledge of AI tooling like OpenAI, Claude, and Glean

  • Proven experience in Go-To-Market program management — supporting AI or technology product launches, sales enablement, or customer-facing initiatives

  • Demonstrated experience designing and operationalizing AI governance frameworks, including responsible AI principles, compliance requirements, and risk management processes

  • Hands-on experience driving productivity and efficiency programs leveraging AI tools and automation technologies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex program status and technical concepts into concise, accurate, and professional narratives for senior leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams

  • Deep expertise in Project Methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid) with hands-on experience applying the right methodology to the right context

  • Proficiency with standard workflow and collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, and similar platforms

  • Demonstrable experience with Organizational Change Management and Adoption strategies at scale

  • Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills — including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organization

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in complex, ambiguous, and fast-moving problem-solving environments

  • Passion for building frictionless, high-impact program management experiences that empower teams and accelerate outcomes

Bonus Points:

  • CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity certification

  • Scrum or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc.)

  • PMP or equivalent PMI certification

  • Prior experience supporting AI/ML product development, software engineering, or cloud infrastructure programs

  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or high-growth technology environments

  • Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), or AI-related compliance standards

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
