What We're Researching

We're hiring technical accounting and FP&A experts to help build reinforcement learning environments for AI systems. This work focuses on creating complex financial scenarios, defining edge cases, and establishing evaluation rubrics. Your contributions will directly improve how artificial intelligence handles sophisticated financial and accounting tasks.

How It Works

You will participate in a remote session to design and author technical accounting scenarios. During the task, you will document complex FP&A edge cases and build corresponding evaluation rubrics. You will also peer-review scenarios created by other professionals to ensure accuracy and depth. The entire process takes place through a remote platform where you can submit and review written financial logic.

Who This Is For

We are looking for experienced professionals in technical accounting, financial planning, and analysis. We welcome CPAs, FP&A directors, controllers, and senior financial analysts with deep technical expertise. Candidates should be highly comfortable navigating complex financial edge cases and structuring logical evaluation criteria.
