Role Summary:

The Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Marketing Intern will support EQT’s Talent Acquisition team across recruitment marketing, employer branding, and core recruiting activities. This role will gain hands on experience helping tell the EQT story, attract and engage talent, support the candidate experience, and strengthen recruiting efforts across multiple platforms. The intern will own meaningful projects, collaborate with HR and business partners, and gain exposure to both the creative and operational sides of Talent Acquisition.


Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding

  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives that showcase EQT’s culture, people, and Employee Value Proposition.
  • Assist with creating content for LinkedIn, social media, Glassdoor, employee spotlights, new hire announcements, and other recruiting campaigns.
  • Assist with creating graphics, videos, promotional materials, and other digital content to support recruiting and employer branding efforts.
  • Support campus recruiting, career fairs, internship campaigns, employee engagement activities, and other talent related events.
  • Help manage recruitment marketing content and identify new opportunities to strengthen EQT’s employer brand and candidate reach.
  • Analyze campaign performance, research industry and competitor trends, and provide recommendations to improve recruitment marketing efforts.

 

Talent Acquisition & Recruiting

  • Support candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, sourcing databases, and other recruiting tools.
  • Review applications and resumes against established position requirements and identify qualified candidates for further consideration.
  • Support the candidate experience through interview coordination, scheduling, communications, and other recruiting activities throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the Applicant Tracking System and support recruiting reporting and dashboards.
  • Conduct talent market research to provide insight into candidate availability, competitor hiring activity, compensation trends, and other factors that may inform recruiting strategies.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to explore AI tools, automation opportunities, and new technologies that could improve recruiting efficiency and the candidate experience.

 

Education Requirements:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an interest in storytelling, social media, and employer branding.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and personable with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, or video editing is a plus.
  • Prior experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or other related administrative roles is a plus.

Work Location:

This role may be performed remotely; however, candidates located in the Pittsburgh area are expected to support occasional on-site events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives. Candidates outside the area should be willing to travel periodically as needed.



Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
