Manage drilling unit lifecycle from design through production by reviewing unit boundaries, leases, ownership, and well layouts; analyze lease terms and ownership interests; calculate working and net revenue interests; coordinate cross-functionally to resolve title, lease, and contractual issues; prepare and maintain unit documentation and system records to ensure compliance and mitigate development risk.

Support Compliance Operations & Risk by executing KYC/EDD, sanctions pre-screens and ongoing monitoring, performing routine control testing, maintaining case management and audit-ready documentation, producing compliance metrics and dashboards, preparing governance materials, coordinating cross-functionally, and identifying efficiency and tooling improvements for LNG & LPG counterparty and supplier compliance.

Lead origination and business development for Midwest natural gas markets to optimize transportation and storage portfolios, structure complex transactions, develop new products, manage RFPs and contractual onboarding, and build customer relationships to create value for EQT and counterparties.

Prepare and file routine non-income tax returns (sales/use, property), reconcile tax data to the general ledger, research basic taxability questions, support audits and notices, maintain tax compliance calendars and documentation, and use tax systems to streamline processes and ensure timely payments and filings.

Lead EQT's STAQ team to manage the Special Project Case pipeline: intake, prioritization, scoping, architecture governance, delivery handoffs, value realization, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement while developing the team and managing budget/capacity.
