We’re looking for a commercially minded Supply Planner to join MECCA and play a key role in ensuring best-in-class availability across our stores and Distribution Centres. This role is instrumental in partnering with our Brand and Planning teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes, optimise stock flow and support MECCA’s continued growth.

The Role You Could Play

As a Supply Planner, you’ll be responsible for managing the flow of stock from our brand partners into the business, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end flow of stock from brands to Distribution Centres, in line with inventory policies and service level KPIs
  • Creating, maintaining and executing robust supply plans to support launches, promotions and ongoing availability
  • Owning the purchase order lifecycle, including order placement, amendments and collaboration with Finance on invoice reconciliation
  • Partnering with internal teams and external suppliers to manage risks, resolve issues and improve delivery-in-full performance
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across supply processes, tools and reporting

What You Will Bring

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a mix of analytical capability, stakeholder collaboration and supply chain experience, including:

  • Experience in supply planning, merchandise planning or supply chain within a retail or FMCG environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage data, identify risks and recommend solutions
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with Planning, Buying, Operations, Finance and external suppliers
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with supply chain or merchandise management systems
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
