The Inventory Data Management Coordinator owns the input of data as defined by the Integrated Business Planning data framework, with a focus on data quality through an end-to-end process, from entry of new items, to review of master data at the global level. This role assists in the preparation of reports to support inventory analysis conducted by the Manager, Inventory Control & Data Management.
Essential Job Functions
  • Accountable for creation of new products and accuracy of data attributes within the data governance framework
  • Accountable for on time maintenance of all life cycle management changes
  • Responsible for education and awareness of all business functions of the importance of data governance
  • Accountable to maintain the cadence of review of master data per the data governance framework for accuracy of all functional business data 
  • Prepare data to support inventory analysis
Other Skills and Abilities
  • ERP, DRP, MRP master data experience, NetSuite ERP and Blue Ridge a plus 
  • Excellent written/oral communication 
  • Ability to learn and adapt with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail, with a complimentary ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant supply chain operations, or data and process management, or inventory experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel (pivot table, VLook ups)
  • Able to attend in person meetings as needed in Los Angeles.

 Anastasia Beverly Hills offers a competitive compensation package with full benefits and a 401(K) plan with matching contributions from the company. The starting hourly rate for this position in the selected city is $25.00-$30.00 yearly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographical location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role is bonus eligible.
