This position is in our Orange, CA office with an exciting move to Tustin, CA in mid-2028.

In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and global suppliers to drive successful product launches, optimize supply planning, and improve business performance. What You'll Do

Lead New Product Launch Readiness

  • Drive supply chain readiness for new product introductions (NPI), including planning, lead-time alignment, and inventory strategies.
  • Establish and monitor launch performance metrics to ensure successful product introductions.
  • Coordinate ERP setup for new SKUs and maintain accurate planning parameters.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks that could impact launch timelines.
  • Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering throughout the development cycle.

Support Strategic Sourcing Initiatives

  • Coordinate RFQs and supplier evaluations for new products and components.
  • Assist with supplier negotiations and cost optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with global suppliers to support project execution and issue resolution.

Drive Supply Planning & Operational Excellence

  • Analyze inventory, lead times, service levels, and supply performance to support business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve working capital, inventory health, and supply responsiveness.
  • Support the S&OP process through reporting, scenario planning, and actionable insights.
  • Ensure alignment between planning, purchasing, and operational execution.

Partner Across the Business

  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Product Management, and suppliers to balance supply and demand strategies.
  • Develop clear analyses and recommendations for leadership decision-making.
  • Track supplier performance through KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, planning, procurement, or operations.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or phase-gate product launches.
  • Background in manufacturing, electronics, HVAC, or durable goods industries.
  • Familiarity with global sourcing and supplier management.
  • Experience collaborating with Engineering and Product Management teams.

The California base annual salary range for this role is currently $76,000 to $105,000 plus 10% annual bonus.  Pay scales are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members. We can share more information about our bonus program and benefits during the hiring process.
