Job Description: 

The Role and Impact
We are seeking an experienced Technology Project/Program Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will manage complex projects and programs directly tied to the development, implementation, or enhancement of cutting-edge technology solutions and services. Your efforts will enable seamless cross-functional collaboration, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope. By driving impactful initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Intel's technology landscape, supporting our mission to accelerate innovation and empower the future of computing.
Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across organizations to develop comprehensive project/program plans and manage all implementation processes, including change control, testing, documentation, and training.

  • Ensure project alignment to business objectives, technologies, systems specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

  • Develop and monitor detailed schedules, adjusting proactively for unforeseen challenges to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.

  • Review project/program schedules with relevant stakeholders, updating as necessary to align with evolving requirements.

  • Assess subproject dependencies and leverage Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage program health, including schedule, quality, and timelines.

  • Identify tasks, assess costs, assign resources, and communicate expectations to team members, promoting accountability and collaboration.

  • Review and validate user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity, ensuring alignment with business needs.

  • Communicate project anomalies concisely, outlining specific impacts and proposed resolutions.

  • Conduct project/program close-out assessments, documenting lessons learned and recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a specialized field (STEM or related discipline).

  • 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years with a Master's degree, or 2+ years with a PhD in managing technology projects/programs.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

  • Experience developing detailed schedules, managing dependencies, and addressing resource allocation challenges.

  • Strong technical expertise to interpret and validate user/technical requirements and propose scalable solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a STEM or related discipline.

  • Previous experience in Blue Yonder.

  • Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across diverse organizational structures.

  • Proven experience in business process development, documentation, and user training.

  • Familiarity with enterprise systems architecture and industry-standard frameworks.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $142,060.00-200,560.00 USD

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
