Supervises clinical department staff and ensures pediatric patient care complies with California nursing scope-of-practice requirements. Works under nursing and site leadership while supporting staff oversight and clinic operations. Requires completion of an accredited vocational nursing program, an active California LVN license, BLS certification, three years of recent acute-care or medical-group experience including one year in medical practice, and employee supervision experience. EMR or IDX experience is preferred.
Working under the direction of the Sr. Nurse Manager and/or Site Manager/Director, this position has direct responsibility for the supervision of staff in the clinical department. Ensures staff is providing patient care within the scope of practice outlined by the California Board of Nursing.

Required qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited nursing program at a vocational school or college.
- California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- 3 years of recent experience in an acute care facility or medical group practice with 1 year in a medical practice.
- Employee supervision/management experience.
