At Compass, our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. Founded in 2012, we’re revolutionizing the real estate industry with our end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to seller and buyer clients.
The Strategic Growth team is central to our growth efforts, focused on identifying and engaging real estate professionals who align with our mission. As a Strategic Growth Associate (SGA), you will play a foundational role in our growth, helping to navigate a dynamic industry with significant opportunity. We are seeking individuals with strong business acumen and professional discipline to join our organization. You will interact with real estate agents across various geographies, conducting discovery to understand their business challenges and contribute to territory strategy. This is a role with high visibility, where success is measured through consistent performance against established metrics. We provide a structured environment with dedicated coaching and development; in return, we look for individuals who demonstrate accountability, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Based in our Beverly Hills office, this onsite role offers the opportunity to work alongside local teams and gain hands-on experience supporting the market.
