Manages commercial workplace construction, office build-outs, relocations, capital improvements, and facilities maintenance projects across Compass’s California and national office footprint. Responsibilities include developing scopes and RFPs, overseeing consultants and contractors, managing schedules and budgets, supporting CapEx planning, tracking forecasts, assessing risks, ensuring building-system compliance, and resolving design and constructability issues. The role requires stakeholder coordination, vendor oversight, site inspections, and approximately 30% travel.

Consult with real estate agents to create and execute strategic multi-channel marketing plans. Manage projects end-to-end, assemble templated creative using InDesign, coordinate with design and vendors, optimize campaigns, and build strong client relationships to grow agent business and promote Compass products.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, and coordinate interviews; build pipelines; partner with hiring managers; communicate with candidates; promote employer brand and use ATS for tracking.
