Reporting to the Sr. Director of Clinical Customer Success and in collaboration with Customer Success, Sales and Clinical Leadership teams, the Strategic Clinical Advisor is an expert consultant responsible for the strategic design and delivery of best in class workforce clinical programs and initiatives for some of the world’s more forward thinking employers.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain a personal book of business of 10-12 customers up to $70M in revenue in revenue, including some of the world’s largest and most influential companies while serving as a clinical lead and behavioral health subject matter expert
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams and leadership to find creative solutions for customers and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Represent Spring in customer-facing meetings representing Spring Health’s clinical data, providing clinical product enhancement updates, and creating clinical strategy

What success looks like in this role:

  • Achieve renewal targets for our Book of Business (BoB) by the end of 2025
  • Secure defined upsell revenue for our BoB by the end of 2025.
  • Maintain proactive and organized client interactions
  • Enhance personal expertise and contribute to the organization's knowledge base.

What you’ll bring: 

  • Active Independent license (ex. LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, LCPC etc)
  • Experience (5 + years) with health plan, benefits consulting, or account management
  • Subject matter expertise in Mental Health and EAP programs
  • Subject matter expertise in MHPAEA, ERISA, and other relevant healthcare regulations/requirements
  • Excitement about working in a rapidly changing organization
  • Ability to create and deliver “client ready” content with minimal direction
  • Excellent communication/collaboration skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

The target base salary range for this position is $106,400 - $138,400, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
