Reporting within the “Insights Pod” of the Revenue Intelligence function, this Sr. Analyst will lead much of the key reporting focused on the Revenue Org’s performance. They will also work with the rest of the RevOps team and its key stakeholders (e.g. Revenue Leadership, Finance) to set goals, identify patterns of over/under performance, and make recommendations for improvement. This is a full time position on our team reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage our recurring Rev Org reports (Board Decks, Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Business Reviews, etc)
- Build analytical models to set future goals based on historical revenue team performance that are flexible based on different scenarios / inputs (bookings, pipe gen, pipeline coverage, etc)
- Partner with Business Intelligence team to increase reporting efficiency and ensure alignment across key reporting systems
- Proactively assess trends & gaps in our data and synthesize actionable recommendations to our revenue leadership & data management teams respectively
- Be an SME on Rev Org data for key partners: Finance, Accounting, Sales, Customer Success, BI, etc.
What success looks like in this role:
- 99% on-time corporate reporting (WBR, MBR, KBR, BOD)
- +/- 10% accuracy on annual & quarterly predictive conversion analysis
What you’ll bring:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (ideally in business, finance, math, or quantitative analysis)
- 3+ years of experience in an operations and/or analyst role (Consulting, FP&A, RevOps, BizOps)
- Expertise in Google Sheets (preferred) or Excel, including building complex and flexible analytical models
- Familiarity with GTM metrics such as Pipeline Coverage, Bookings, Retention, Sales Cycle, and Quota Attainment
- Ability to ask the right questions to uncover the “ultimate why” behind analytical exercises and to push back when necessary
- Ability to construct analytical models from scratch, even when given only a high-level brief
- Strong judgment in making thoughtful, quick assumptions when data is incomplete or unavailable
- Skill in identifying data inconsistencies and proactively investigating root causes
- Ability to concisely summarize findings from complex data in formats tailored to the audience
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM (particularly reports and dashboards)
- (Ideally) experience with tools such as Looker, G-Connector, Outreach, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and Zapier
The target base salary range for this position is $106,400 - $138,400, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
