The Program Manager will provide comprehensive program and strategic account management support for key Aerospace & Defense (A&D) customers, serving as a primary liaison between TTM Technologies, customer program management and engineering teams, and internal functional organizations. This role will focus on strengthening strategic customer relationships, ensuring successful program execution, improving customer satisfaction, and identifying and capturing new business opportunities aligned with TTM’s A&D strategy.


The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Sales to ensure customer requirements are met, programs are executed successfully, and opportunities for growth are identified and developed. The role will also proactively engage customers to understand technology roadmaps, emerging requirements, and capability gaps, positioning TTM for future business opportunities.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for assigned strategic A&D accounts and programs, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key customer program management, engineering, supply chain, and technical contacts.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand mission requirements, technology roadmaps, and emerging capability gaps, identifying opportunities for future growth.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic account opportunities aligned with TTM’s A&D strategy and capabilities.
  • Lead and coordinate new product, technology, and program introductions across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other functional organizations.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements while providing competitive advantages in price, performance, quality, and delivery.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, translating customer needs and priorities into actionable business strategies and program objectives.
  • Oversee customer programs across TTM sites, coordinating critical materials, manufacturing activities, product transitions, and project execution to ensure timely completion.
  • Proactively identify and resolve internal barriers or complex customer issues that may impact program execution, customer satisfaction, or business growth.
  • Monitor key customer performance metrics, including On-Time Delivery (OTD) and quality performance, and coordinate improvement actions as needed.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Business Development leadership to maintain visibility into customer activity, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
  • Participate in customer meetings, industry events, and limited travel as necessary to support strategic accounts and business objectives.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in program management, strategic account management, business development, or a related role; A&D industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the PCB/microelectronics industry and A&D customer requirements preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with A&D customers and influence requirements through strategic engagement and technical credibility.
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and capture new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple programs and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM and capture/proposal management tools preferred.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required due to ITAR regulations.
  • Willingness to travel as required to support customers and business objectives.

Benefits are available 1st of the month following date of hire.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of  Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
