About the role:
As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to drive our aggressive growth targets within the India market. In this strategic, Bangalore-based role, you will act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, designing innovative recruiting strategies to identify and secure top-tier talent. You will leverage data-driven insights and advanced recruiting technologies to influence localized hiring decisions, delivering key metrics that align with both our regional and global expansion plans.
Position Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted business partner and talent advisor to hiring managers across large functional or multiple organizational units, ensuring a seamless, high-quality recruitment process.
- India Focus with Regional Agility: Serve as the primary recruitment contact for the India market, while maintaining the flexibility to take on expanded APAC requisitions, regional TA projects, or cross-border initiatives as business needs evolve.
- Complex & Senior-Level Recruitment: Handle full-cycle recruitment for complex, high-priority, and senior-level technical and professional roles.
- Proactive Sourcing & AI Adoption: Develop and help hiring managers implement innovative internal and external recruiting strategies. Champion the use of AI-powered tools to optimize candidate discovery, market mapping, and recruitment efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and propose solutions for key talent acquisition challenges to internal stakeholders.
- Negotiation & Closing: Apply innovative and successful strategies for candidate negotiation and closing.
- Data-Informed Decisions: Manage recruiting performance, ensuring accurate reporting and leveraging data to influence hiring decisions and provide sound recommendations.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on GTM, technical, and high-volume recruitment in high-growth, preferably global SaaS organizations.
- Accountability & Work Ethic: A high degree of personal accountability and an exceptional work ethic, driven by a passion for delivering top-tier talent and winning in a competitive market.

- AI Fluency & Tech-Savviness: Demonstrated ability and strong interest in leveraging generative AI, AI-driven sourcing platforms, and advanced automation tools to enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Adaptability: A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Regional Knowledge: Deep understanding of the India talent landscape, with a strong capability to adapt to wider APAC market dynamics.
- Education: A bachelor's degree is required. A master's degree is a plus.
