Drive enterprise sales across Fortune 100 accounts by managing strategic customers and prospects, executing account plans, forecasting opportunities, and building executive relationships. Sell Dynatrace’s observability and security platform through demonstrations, events, partner collaboration, and enterprise solution strategies. Work with sales engineering, marketing, legal, and finance teams while using the MEDDPIC framework to acquire new business, expand existing accounts, and ensure successful customer implementations.

Supports sales through technical demonstrations, proof-of-concept creation and management, cloud architecture discussions, solution evaluations, RFI/RFP responses, and customer presentations. Builds relationships with customers, executives, partners, and internal teams while evangelizing Dynatrace observability solutions. Provides technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, troubleshoots issues, gathers product feedback, and supports marketing events. Travel of up to 30% is required.

Drive enterprise software sales through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. Manage 7–10 customers and 5–8 prospects, execute territory plans, develop executive relationships, conduct demonstrations, close new business, and expand Dynatrace usage. Collaborate with sales engineers, SDRs, partners, marketing, legal, and finance to deliver solution strategies, accelerate complex sales cycles, and ensure successful customer implementations.

Develop low-level, high-performance instrumentation within CICS and z/OS using HLASM. Design production features for mission-critical mainframe environments, diagnose complex system behavior through dumps and traces, analyze performance bottlenecks, and collaborate with an experienced engineering team. The role requires deep z/OS and CICS internals expertise, systems programming knowledge, and proficiency with JCL, SDSF, and USS.
