Most importantly, we provide a really interesting working experience, and the chance to contribute to the success of something great.

What You’ll Be Part Of:

iSpot is the market leader in real-time TV ad measurement, providing the most comprehensive and actionable data to the advertising industry’s top brands, agencies, and media companies. We are seeking a seasoned and curious Senior Product Manager to join our team and help shape the next generation of identity-powered measurement across CTV and streaming.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role at the intersection of identity resolution, outcomes measurement, and performance optimization, a space that is evolving rapidly as the industry navigates privacy-first data collaboration. You will own and drive major product features end-to-end, partnering closely with engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to build solutions that matter to our clients.

You are a product practitioner who thrives in complex, data-rich environments. You have hands-on experience with data clean rooms - such as Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) or Google Ads Data Hub (ADH) - and understand how identity underpins every layer of modern TV measurement. You are ready to lead, influence, and deliver.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Lead the strategy and execution of major product features within iSpot’s identity and measurement portfolio. Influence broader product vision and align your roadmap with business goals and client needs.

Identity & Clean Room Expertise: Serve as the product owner for capabilities that leverage data clean rooms (e.g., AMC, ADH) and identity resolution frameworks to enable privacy-safe audience measurement and optimization. Define requirements and work with engineering and data science to bring these capabilities to life.

Market and Customer Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand the evolving identity landscape, competitive offerings, and client requirements. Use these insights to inform prioritization and product decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, data science, sales, and customer success to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope. Drive alignment across teams and keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Customer Advocacy: Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that client needs are central to how we build. Be the voice of the customer on your product area.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to justify direction, prioritize investments, and connect product decisions to measurable customer and commercial value. Define and track KPIs to measure feature success and drive continuous improvement.

Documentation and Communication: Lead the creation and maintenance of clear, accurate, and helpful product documentation. Present confidently to cross-functional teams and leadership, driving engagement and alignment.

Mentorship: Guide the development of Associate PMs and PMs on the team, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of craft and continuous learning.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated mastery in product lifecycle management and a track record of shipping meaningful features in data-intensive environments.
  • Deep knowledge of the identity ecosystem, including identity resolution methodologies, household and person-level identifiers, and the role of privacy-enhancing technologies in modern measurement.
  • Strong understanding of CTV and streaming advertising measurement, including audience delivery, reach and frequency, and outcomes attribution across linear and digital video.
  • Proven ability to influence broader product strategy and vision, aligning product decisions with business goals while navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Strong technical and data acumen—comfortable leading productive conversations with engineering and data science teams on topics such as data modeling, API integrations, and probabilistic matching.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to larger groups, drive engagement, and articulate complex concepts—such as identity linkage or incremental lift—to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior product managers is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business); Master’s degree is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with the IAB Tech Lab’s measurement and Open RTB standards and an interest in contributing to industry working groups.
  • Experience at a measurement company, media company, agency, or adtech platform working on cross-screen or cross-platform audience products.
  • Exposure to outcomes measurement, including sales lift, brand lift, or multi-touch attribution (MTA).

Target cash compensation range: $140,183 - $151,896 USD Annually

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
