The Sr. Pricing Analyst role combines the functions of both a Pricing Analyst and Pricing Administrator. This position is responsible for evaluating pricing strategies and analyzing all sales discounts generated through the Dunlop Tires North America (DTNA) dealer network. It also oversees the accuracy and maintenance of the Oracle Pricing Module and serves as a key liaison across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment and effective cross-functional communication.

Job-related location requirement: 

  • Candidates must reside in California and within reasonable distance to our corporate office, Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm (core business hours). Managers may adjust schedule as needed based on business needs. 

After your first 30 days onsite, you'll transition to our hybrid schedule: 

  • In-office: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 
  • Remote: Wednesday, Friday
Qualifications

Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate environment involving cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, data management, and vendor/customer interaction. Demonstrated success in building and developing teams, fostering a positive and ethically sound work environment, and delivering consistent results. Proven leadership experience managing managers and high-performing teams, with a strong track record of organizational growth through promotion and cross-functional development.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field from an accredited institution required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Must demonstrate strong leadership, analytical problem-solving skills, and practical, real-world experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential responsibilities of the role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Oracle. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven with strong time management skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
