Job Description

  

For more than 50 years, Teledyne Microwave Solutions (TMS) has been a global leader in advanced radio‑frequency (RF) and microwave technologies, serving mission‑critical applications across defense, space, communications, electronic warfare, test equipment, and commercial markets. Our portfolio spans amplifiers, converters, integrated microwave assemblies, filters, frequency control products, and custom-engineered RF subsystems—solutions trusted from deep sea to space.
With nine manufacturing sites and worldwide customer support, TMS delivers precision-engineered products that power some of the most demanding environments and technologies.
As our Pricing Analyst, you will directly influence how these high‑performance technologies compete globally, helping us maintain leadership in a rapidly evolving industry. Your insights will shape pricing strategies, margin optimization, and long‑term growth across our RF and microwave product lines.
What You’ll Do
  • Analyze cost structures and develop detailed pricing for product quotes
  • Maintain and update manufacturing orders and costing systems
  • Support sales forecasts, pricing databases, and financial reporting
  • Prepare accurate cost data for government (Truth in Negotiations Act) proposals
  • Track and maintain contract documentation and compliance records
  • Identify pricing opportunities based on market trends and competitive intelligence
  • Deliver clear reports on pricing metrics, project status, and key findings
  • Partner with finance, operations, and program teams to support decision‑making
  • Support audits and revenue recognition processes
  • Present pricing recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling way
What You Need
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills – required
  • Advanced Excel proficiency – required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication – required
  • Ability to interpret and explain data to varied audiences – required
  • Initiative and self‑motivation – preferred
  • Ability to train or mentor others – preferred
Experience & Education
  • 2–3 years preparing quotes or working with government cost proposals – required
  • Experience in operations, aerospace, or engineering – preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field – required

Salary Range:

$77,900.00-$103,800.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
