Entry-level product engineer responsible for evaluating commercial truck tire performance, conducting fleet testing and benchmarking, supporting warranty and quality investigations, liaising with clients, and collaborating with QA and sales to inform product development and field support.

Provide end-to-end production support and develop/customize Oracle E-Business Suite solutions (RICE components). Build PL/SQL, stored procedures, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, OAF UI customizations, OIC integrations, and Shell scripts. Collaborate with analysts and architects, support SDLC, troubleshoot issues, and train users.

Lead all TBR sales functions across the US and Canada, including strategy, forecasting, budgeting, promotions, business development, leadership development, field sales operations, channel strategy, and achieving corporate sales goals.

Designs, implements, and supports LAN/WAN, wireless, and cloud networking. Manages Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco Meraki and switching, VPNs, monitoring, troubleshooting, security compliance, and performance optimization while integrating with cloud and IT teams.

Lead pricing strategy, analyze dealer discounts, manage Oracle pricing module, ensure JSOX reporting compliance, and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance.
