Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Client Services is an integral position on THE•TEAM’s Experiential Team, responsible for the successful delivery of agency projects from brief to execution. The Senior Manager, Client Services will ensure that all client deliverables and project milestones are delivered on time, on budget, and at a quality level expected by THE•TEAM and its clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of medium to large scale projects with support from an account team and oversight from an Associate Account Director, Director or Senior Director
  • Multitask and prioritize individual workload while coordinating with others to meet deadlines and project milestones
  • Strategically plan workflows based on deliverables, understanding how various tasks impact one another to ensure projects continue moving efficiently
  • Efficiently and effectively communicate information across the project team to keep all stakeholders aligned and on track
  • Operate in an organized and solutions-oriented manner, even under tight deadlines
  • Manage day to day client relationships, establish credibility, and proactively anticipate client needs
  • Balance multiple project workstreams simultaneously, overseeing up to three activations at once
  • Work collaboratively with all THE•TEAM account teams to ensure flawless project delivery against client objectives and agreed upon budgets
  • Ensure projects are correctly budgeted for and meet expected financial targets
  • Develop, manage, and reconcile project budgets ranging from $500K to $1.5M+
  • Understand the landscape for each client’s business sector, as well as the cultural and media context surrounding their investments
  • Create a positive, collaborative, team-oriented environment that aligns with THE•TEAM company culture and values
  • Troubleshoot and creatively problem solve throughout projects in partnership with production and creative teams
  • Follow all project processes and procedures to uphold quality standards
  • Attend conferences, tradeshows, and industry events as necessary to ensure THE•TEAM continues to provide best in class programs and innovative thinking for industry leading clients. Primary client focus will skew towards beauty and lifestyle brands, with a strong emphasis creator driven experiential programming.
  • Ensure consistent positive working relationships between departments and other Experience team members

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years relevant agency experience, preferably within experiential marketing, sports, entertainment, beauty, or lifestyle sectors
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of navigating complex issues and influencing stakeholders toward successful outcomes
  • Ability to proactively identify issues before they arise and develop thoughtful solutions
  • Comfortable working as an integral part of a collaborative team environment
  • Continuously demonstrate a solution-oriented mentality and adapt easily to challenges
  • Focused, motivated, and ambitious with a desire to help grow the company
  • Lead and inspire team members while fostering positive morale
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload while coordinating across teams to proactively meet deadlines
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive, can do attitude at all times
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized

Base salary range: $80,000 - $95,000, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
