Job Summary
Responsible for leading the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of a portfolio of client experiences and brand events that support Enterprise Agency sales priorities and business objectives. Provides leadership, coaching, and oversight for direct report while serving as a strategic partner across their team and to Sales leadership, Event Marketing leadership and business partners. Develops and executes event strategies, manages budgets and resources, and ensures alignment between investments and business outcomes. Collaborates across Event Marketing to drive consistency, operational excellence, and best practices while supporting our Operating Principles and delivering significant business impact.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  • Develops and executes a portfolio of client experiences and brand events that align with Agency priorities, Operating Principles and business initiatives to drive impact.
  • Provides direct leadership, coaching, development, and performance management for direct report, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborates closely with Event Marketing team, to align priorities, optimize resources, share best practices, and ensure a consistent client experience across the event portfolio.
  • Serves as the primary event marketing advisor to Enterprise Agency sales leadership, providing recommendations on event strategy, prioritization, budget allocation, and resource planning.
  • Oversees a portfolio of client experiences, industry events, and executive programs, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment to business goals.
  • Manages budget tracking, invoice processing, expense reconciliation, post-event analysis, and event reporting to ensure operational accuracy, financial discipline, measurement of impact to inform future investment decisions and event strategy.
  • Provides strategic communications and executive-level updates to leadership, stakeholders, vendors, and partners regarding event strategy, performance, investments, and business outcomes.
  • Owns annual budget planning, forecasting and allocation for designated Ad & Promo funds to maximize impact and operational efficiency.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve processes, tools, workflows, and measurement practices to drive scalability and execution excellence across the Events organization.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work some nights and some weekends, travel as needed, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Salary:
New York Pay Range: $119,722.62 - $179,583.93
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
