- Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, publishers, agencies, and digital video workflows.
- Demonstrated experience managing strategic customer or partner relationships with responsibility for revenue growth, retention, and account planning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
- Experience resolving operational, technical, or delivery-related issues in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
