We design, sell, and distribute luxury home décor globally to interior designers and boutique/luxury retailers. About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Sr. Financial Analyst will support AHD’s financial planning, reporting, and analysis in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role partners closely with cross-functional and operational leaders to evaluate results, identify insights, assess risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision making. Success in this role requires you to be a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional with a strong foundation in FP&A, financial modeling, and performance reporting. This position is based on-site daily at our company headquarters in City of Industry to support collaboration and business needs.

What you will do for us:

  • Analyze actuals vs. budget/forecast and independently interpret performance drivers
  • Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends and drive follow-through with a high level of ownership and accountability
  • Communicate business impacts through insightful analysis and storytelling
  • Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes with accuracy and rigor
  • Drive core components of the annual budget, partnering with budget owners to understand assumptions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to explain financial performance, validate assumptions, and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making
  • Respond quickly and thoughtfully to ad hoc analytical requests from leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Required bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or a related function
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying financial insights to stakeholders 
  • Proven ability to identify patterns, trends, and underlying drivers in financial and operational data
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently without requiring extensive direction
  • High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, automation techniques)
  • In depth financial acumen with the ability to solve complex analytical problems using multiple data sources and informed judgment
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance reporting, streamline processes, or develop tools using best practices (experience utilizing AI tools preferred but not required)
  • Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to take ownership of complex workstreams and cross functional deliverables
  • Detail-oriented yet able to think strategically and see the big picture

· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms. 

· The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. 

· Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.

· Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.

· Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.

Compensation

Annual salary: $100,000-125,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
