Independently execute full-piece upholstery for high-end made-to-order furniture: prep frames, measure and fit fabric/leather/vinyl, install foam/padding, apply advanced techniques (channeling, skirts, nail heads), interpret CAD/shop drawings, inspect materials, assemble final components, meet quality and productivity standards, collaborate across teams, and maintain safety and cleanliness.

Manage and grow relationships with wholesale clients, handle orders/fulfillment, resolve product and service issues, process account adjustments, track samples, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored ecommerce and fulfillment solutions.

Serve as IT liaison to gather and document business requirements, manage IT project intake and portfolio, prioritize initiatives, support UAT and solution validation, troubleshoot internal applications, and develop clear documentation to improve processes and system performance.

Reactivate lapsed design and retail accounts via high-volume outbound calls, email outreach, and trade-show selling. Provide product knowledge, process orders, maintain CRM notes, meet sales targets, collaborate with sales and operations, and support trade shows to drive conversions and exceptional customer service.

Support the Marketing team with administrative and project coordination tasks, manage and upload press coverage, maintain records, draft and edit social media content, assist project managers with tracking and follow-up, organize marketing files and presentations, and conduct marketing research and special projects during a summer internship.

Identify and qualify high-potential trade and design clients through market research and industry resources. Build and maintain prospect databases, source leads, qualify opportunities, and deliver curated lists and sales intelligence to Regional Sales Representatives. Support territory growth strategies and prepare lead summaries, outreach recommendations, and competitive research to drive new business across interior design, hospitality, and retail channels.

Write and edit compelling copy for web, print, email, social, and product launches across multiple luxury home brands. Maintain brand voice, develop campaign messaging and product descriptions, use AI tools to refine copy, collaborate with design and marketing teams, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

Coordinate seasonal product collections from concept to launch by managing timelines, samples, vendor communications, product data in ERP/Excel, resolving discrepancies, and supporting cross-functional teams and photoshoots.

Lead receiving and quality control teams to accurately process inbound shipments (containers, air, RMAs, packages). Oversee receiving in Sage X3, RF scanning, damage documentation, routing repairs, dock coordination, put-away recommendations, staffing, SOP maintenance, safety compliance, timekeeping in Paylocity, and performance management of the receiving/QC teams.
