Sews, assembles, alters, repairs, and inspects fabric, vinyl, and leather components for upholstered furniture. Operates and performs basic maintenance on industrial sewing machines, matches patterns, maintains seam quality, meets production quotas, and reports defects or equipment issues. Requires precision, fabric and stitching knowledge, the ability to interpret work orders, and effective performance in a production environment.

Upholsterer independently completes high-end custom furniture upholstery from frame preparation through final detailing. Responsibilities include measuring, fitting, applying fabric, leather, or vinyl; installing foam and padding; executing specialty techniques; interpreting CAD drawings and work orders; inspecting materials; installing components; meeting quality and productivity standards; and maintaining a safe, organized workstation.

Oversee global logistics strategy and international import/export operations, including multimodal transportation, customs compliance, trade documentation, freight negotiations, vendor management, and shipment problem resolution. Lead a logistics team, manage carriers and brokers, monitor KPIs, optimize costs, and improve supply chain processes using ERP and logistics systems. Ensure compliance with CBP, PGA, FLEGT, CITES, and other trade requirements.

Creates primarily digital and some print creative, including web banners, email graphics, digital ads, social videos, catalogs, lookbooks, guides, mailers, and sales collateral. Maintains brand consistency, prepares print-ready files, manages revisions and competing deadlines, fulfills internal asset requests, organizes design files, and collaborates with marketing and brand leadership. The role requires strong typography, layout, color, prepress, communication, and project organization skills.

Owns visual merchandising from concept through execution across luxury home furnishings showrooms and tradeshows. Develops seasonal concepts, floor plans, product assortments, displays, fixtures, installations, styling, and visual standards. Coordinates vendors, freight, graphics, labor, inventory, and cross-functional partners while analyzing product performance. Requires hands-on execution, approximately 40% travel, and occasional nights and weekends.

Coordinates email marketing campaigns across multiple luxury home brands, including campaign calendars, audience segmentation, content and asset coordination, proofreading, quality assurance, deployment support, automated email maintenance, A/B testing, and performance reporting. Collaborates with cross-functional teams on seasonal marketing initiatives, tracks timelines and approvals, identifies engagement opportunities, and provides administrative and operational marketing support.

Coordinate seasonal product collections from concept through launch by managing timelines, samples, product data, and vendor communications. Maintain product database and ERP/Excel records, generate reports, support photoshoot layouts, lead cross-functional problem-solving, and provide administrative support to ensure on-time, accurate product launches.

Write and edit compelling copy across web, print, email, social, and product launches. Develop brand voice, product descriptions, campaign messaging, and seasonal themes. Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, designers, and PMs, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and use AI tools to refine and maintain brand consistency.

Manage and grow relationships with wholesale clients, handle orders/fulfillment, resolve product and service issues, process account adjustments, track samples, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored ecommerce and fulfillment solutions.
