Role Description

In this role, you will be the primary owner and hands-on operator of our entire e-commerce ecosystem, including our main site, landing pages, and digital funnel. You’ll combine creative, analytical, and technical expertise to drive exponential growth, optimize conversion, and ensure our web experience brings the brand to life.

This is a critical individual contributor leadership role with the potential to grow. We are seeking a gritty, entrepreneurial builder who thrives in a data-driven, fast-moving environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage the entire digital funnel, overseeing site design, UX, content, analytics, and technical performance.
  • Lead and execute advanced CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) efforts to maximize site performance and revenue.
  • Develop and execute deep, hands-on strategies for SEO, AEO, and GEO to maximize organic visibility.
  • Identify, pilot, and implement AI solutions across the e-commerce stack for personalization, analytics, and efficiency.
  • Apply sharp brand and design acumen to critique, direct, and ensure all digital experiences are best-in-class.
  • Develop and execute high-converting landing page strategies for all marketing and partner programs.
  • Manage the web tech stack, analytics, testing tools, and own all core KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue), reporting performance to leadership.
  • In partnership with the compliance team, stay ahead of best practices in e-commerce UX, and web accessibility.

Requirements
  • 10+ years in growth/e-commerce roles. Experience scaling an e-commerce startup or business from the ground up or experience at a Y Combinator company is preferred.
  • Exceptional, hands-on mastery of CRO, SEO/AEO/GEO, and a demonstrable, deep understanding of applying AI technologies to drive growth
  • Strong strategic knowledge combined with the acumen to judge and direct winning design and user experience.
  • Demonstrated success developing landing page strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Ability to bridge creative, marketing, and technical teams — you can speak the language of both designers and engineers.
  • Proven experience owning and optimizing a high-traffic DTC website (ideally in fintech, financial services, or another regulated consumer category).

  • $170,000 - $200,000 base salary + bonus + equity determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant - Please note, our salary ranges are based on current market data.
