The Sr. Director, Brand Marketing is responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for all product lines. This is a key role in the Brand Marketing team, playing a pivotal part in shaping the brand identity and enhancing product positioning for these categories. The candidate should have deep expertise and experience working in the luxury industry, with skincare experience being a plus. A successful candidate will have successfully led global marketing initiatives at the highest quality level. Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines, have excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail is key to the role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive Marketing strategies that align with brand objectives, target consumer demographics, and market trends for both the skincare and new categories.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for new product launches by leveraging the full mix of channels to generate awareness, maximize conversion and drive sales.
  • Define brand positioning and messaging strategies to effectively communicate product benefits, unique selling propositions, and brand values to consumers, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints for the skincare and new categories.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer behavior, and opportunities for innovation within the skincare and new category markets.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and course correction, continuously improving Marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Lead weekly category status calls with relevant stakeholders, managing all meeting preparation and agendas, sharing action notes and keeping all plans on track.
  • Manage Marketing budgets as it relates to the skincare and new categories, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives while ensuring financial targets are met.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 10 years of Marketing experience
  • Experience working in prestige beauty, luxury or fashion industries, with a deep understanding of the skincare and new categories
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ambitious, target driven individual who will be self-motivated
  • Process driven with strong analytical skills
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and new categories, with a keen eye for creativity and aesthetics
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks within a changing and fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time

The expected base salary range for this position is $165,000 to $175,000 per year. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
