Job Summary
Universal Ads is building a new way for growth marketers to access premium video and CTV inventory at scale. As we expand our business, we are looking for a senior seller to help grow our efforts across the Ecommerce and DTC customer segment, including digitally native brands, omnichannel retailers, subscription commerce companies, marketplace sellers, and other performance-driven commerce advertisers. This is an early-stage, high-impact role for a seller who is energized by building. The right candidate can help scale an emerging customer segment, sharpen our market positioning, deepen client relationships, and turn early momentum into repeatable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the CTV landscape, how Ecommerce and DTC brands evaluate media across various measurement methodologies and how premium video can drive the next phase of growth for this customer set. This person should be equally comfortable opening new doors, developing senior client relationships, translating market feedback into product insights, and helping Universal Ads build a repeatable growth sales motion for commerce advertisers. This is an opportunity for an ambitious, highly strategic seller to help grow an important customer segment for a young and growing media platform.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with leadership to grow the Ecommerce and DTC customer segment.
  • Identify the highest-potential accounts, prioritize where we can win, and help build a clear go-to-market strategy for the segment.
  • Activate priority client targets, develop a qualified pipeline, and turn early market momentum into durable revenue growth.
  • Help define how Universal Ads should sell into Ecommerce and DTC advertisers, including our positioning, pitch narrative, measurement approach, industry presence, and account prioritization.
  • Work closely with CSM, product, measurement, partnerships, marketing, and leadership to ensure our roadmap supports the needs of Ecommerce and DTC customers.
  • Bring meaningful experience and relationships with Ecommerce, DTC, retail, marketplace, subscription commerce, and performance marketing clients.
  • Understand the complexity in how commerce advertisers evaluate success and the role of TV in driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Speak credibly with sophisticated growth marketers and quickly identify what Universal Ads needs to prove in order to earn budget.
  • Educate customers on how CTV and premium video can complement existing performance channels, including paid social, search, retail media, affiliate, programmatic, and other customer acquisition channels.
  • Represent Universal Ads with customers and at industry events with credibility, confidence, and a strong understanding of the commerce advertising ecosystem.
  • Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and be energized by the opportunity to help shape a business, not just inherit an existing playbook.
  • Help build the foundation for future hiring, sales process, customer education, and segment expansion.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $207,050.94 - $310,576.41
Additional Range: This job can be performed in Illinois with a Pay Range of $181,169.57 - $323,517.09. This job can be performed in California with a good faith estimated pay range upon hire of $155,288.20 USD - $287,570.74.
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within the posted range for this role at the time of posting dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Targeted Commission: $140,000.00
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
