- Own roadmap definition, prioritization, and execution for specific user experience areas within the FreeWheel platform.
- Partner closely with UX Design to identify customer problems, evaluate opportunities, and define product requirements.
- Work with Engineering to balance customer value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
- Partner with other Product Managers to ensure their initiatives meet our user experience expectations.
- Define and improve end-to-end user workflows that help customers accomplish critical tasks.
- Gather insights from customers, user research, analytics, and internal stakeholders to inform product decisions.
- Write clear product requirements and communicate priorities to cross-functional teams.
- Make thoughtful tradeoff decisions that balance usability, business impact, and implementation complexity.

Who You Are
- 3-5 years of product management experience building and launching software products.
- Demonstrated ability to own features, workflows, or product areas from discovery through delivery.
- Strong customer empathy and curiosity about how users accomplish their goals.
- Experience partnering closely with designers and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Ability to define requirements, prioritize work, and make informed tradeoff decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in environments where requirements and priorities may evolve.
- Experience using customer feedback, analytics, and other data sources to inform product decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on enterprise software, SaaS products, or workflow-driven applications.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered product development.
- Familiarity with design systems, interaction design concepts, and usability best practices.
- Experience working with user research and behavioral analytics.
- Exposure to AI-powered experiences, workflow automation, copilots, or agentic product patterns.
- Interest in how AI is changing user behavior, workflows, and product experiences.
- Experience in advertising technology, media technology, or related industries is a plus.
