We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer with deep experience operating and managing enterprise-scale services in complex, mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience supporting enterprise infrastructure services and has played a key role in transitioning on-premises services to cloud environments, with a strong focus on performance, monitoring, resiliency, and SLA adherence.
What You Will Do
* Engineer, operate, and support enterprise-grade services in cloud and hybrid environments
* Lead and support migration of on-premises services to cloud platforms, ensuring continuity, performance, and reliability
* Manage and optimize service performance, availability, and scalability across multiple enterprise systems
* Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and performance management solutions
* Ensure services meet defined SLAs, SLOs, and operational requirements
* Troubleshoot complex service integration and performance issues across infrastructure, identity, and user environments
* Partner with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient service delivery
* Document service architectures, operational runbooks, and support procedures
* Provide senior-level technical guidance and mentoring to engineering peers

* Senior-level experience as a Cloud Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Enterprise Services Engineer
* Strong background supporting multiple enterprise services simultaneously in production environments
* Demonstrated experience transitioning on-premises infrastructure and services into cloud environments
