About the Role:
- Design and develop scalable Tableau dashboards and data visualizations to support data-driven decision-making across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
- Combine advanced analytics expertise with user-centric design principles to deliver high-impact business intelligence solutions that enable executives and employees to make informed strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business questions into technical specifications, and deliver intuitive data visualizations.
- Build and optimize datasets using SQL and Snowflake, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance for analytics workflows.
- Manage the end-to-end analytics lifecycle from wireframing and development to deployment, documentation, and stakeholder training.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues while continuously enhancing dashboards based on stakeholder feedback using agile practices.
- Respond to analytics-related inquiries through help channels, providing timely guidance, troubleshooting, a clarification on dashboards and data definitions.
- Apply user-centric design principles to create visually simple yet insightful dashboard solutions that maximize user adoption and business impact.
- Assist analytics org in setting analytics standards and definitions for alignment across teams.
- Telecommuting permitted 100% of the time from anywhere within the US.
What You’ll Need:
Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be “quantified” by “time.” Required expertise/knowledge includes:
- 3 years of advanced tableau development experience, including dashboard design, data modeling, and performance optimization;
- 3 years of experience developing enterprise-level analytics solutions for 200+ users at B2B companies;
- 3 years of experience using SQL and Snowflake to create and optimize queries for performance at scale;
- Experience designing data architecture that supports large datasets and complex analytics use cases for dashboarding;
- Conduct thorough data quality assurance (QA) to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of reporting;
- Expertise in leveraging Figma to gather, organize, and incorporate user feedback on dashboard design and usability;
- Expertise in managing complete dashboard development lifecycle from requirements gathering to wireframing, development, and launching with training;
- Experience delivering error-free, actionable dashboard solutions that drive trust in data, enable confident decision-making, and scale effectively across the business;
- Experience translating technical analytics concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical business users across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams;
- Proven track record of supporting cross-functional analytics projects with measurable business impact and stakeholder adoption rates.
Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Economics, Business, UX/UI Design, or a closely related field (or foreign equivalent) plus Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or closely related occupation.
CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $175,000 - $185,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
