The Sr. Analyst is responsible for the execution and ongoing management of enterprise-wide HR programs focused on community impact, diversity and inclusion, and other HR programs. This role translates strategic priorities into well-designed, effectively executed programs and experiences that strengthen employee connection, participation, and inclusion.
This role is hands-on in coordinating multiple initiatives across HR, communications, the Social Impact Advisory Group, employee resource groups, business leaders, nonprofit organizations, and external vendors. The Sr. Analyst ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with a measurable impact.
The ideal candidate for this role excels at turning strategy into action (project management), managing details, building strong stakeholder relationships, and creating meaningful employee experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the day-to-day planning, coordination, execution, and ongoing administration of assigned HR programs and initiatives.
- Translate strategic priorities into detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, roles, and success measures, and help drive execution.
- Coordinate program logistics with internal and external partners, including scheduling, employee registration, communications, materials, vendor requirements, and event execution.
- Support initiatives designed to increase employee participation across community service and diversity and inclusion programming, using participation data and feedback to inform recommendations.
- Develop repeatable processes, tools, templates, playbooks, and documentation to improve program consistency and scalability.
- Track program budgets and expenses and ensure initiatives are delivered within approved funding parameters to maintain accurate records of program expenditures.
- Support contracting, invoicing, and vendor onboarding processes in partnership with appropriate internal teams.
- Gather, analyze, and track participation and employee and/or stakeholder feedback following programs and events to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements for future programming.
- Track program data and develop quarterly reporting, dashboards, and presentations highlighting trends, progress, outcomes, and upcoming priorities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: (including certification, licenses, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience planning employee programs or events for geographically dispersed or hybrid audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management, survey, registration, and reporting tools. Experience leveraging data to build reports, presentations and recommendations.
- Proficiency with AI tools to create content, analyze information, and streamline processes.
